This website, softclutch.com, is operated by SoftClutch LLC, an Arizona, USA company ("SoftClutch", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of service, along with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Products and printing

Every item is printed to order. We do our best to show colors, designs and sizes accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and small variations in print placement and color are a normal part of the print-to-order process. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, report it within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or a refund. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Any import duties, taxes or fees charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility. If an order can't be delivered because the address entered was wrong, reshipping is at the customer's cost.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text, images and other content on this website belong to SoftClutch or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Use of the website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to upload harmful code. We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these terms.

Third-party services

We use third-party services, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processors, print partners and carriers, to run the store and fulfill orders. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoftClutch is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
